Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is a requirement of your dapaanz registration.

CPD ensures that your practice is relevant, demonstrates cultural competency and is based on current best practice.

CPD helps you to provide the best possible support to tāngata whaiora.

CPD activities need to be relevant to the Addiction Intervention Competency Framework (2011), or best practice based on emerging evidence.

Dapaanz provides a range of opportunities to support you to earn CPD points. Explore the links below to access dapaanz workshops, our Lunchtime Learning webinars and past Cutting Edge presentations, as well as external learning and development resources.

You can also find out more about our dapaanz Communities initiative, set up to support connection between members working in similar practice areas or with common interests.

If you have any suggestions for ways dapaanz can better support your CPD needs, please email our team.
